We tried to make the table an elegant, spooky scene, so using the deep purples and greens worked well. Using the green, gold and purples were a great combination and were elegant and spooky at the same time. The sparkly linen was amazing and the grey skies worked in our favour. The location was great and the tree really framed the pictures and made it look scary. Because of the long dry grass, we brought some gold and burlap in to tie in those colours.

The Candy bar shoot was a little more difficult.We wanted to use typical Halloween colours and Ali and myself trawled the candy stores and crafts stores to find the best and tastiest goodies for the shoot. Needless to say the results were great and the location worked well with the ribbon backdrop. I DIY’d the ribbon backdrop first as I knew that was one of the things I wanted for sure. Finding a location where we could hang the backdrop was the hard part. Luckily the grouping of trees we found were just close enough! I saw the two tables in The Social Page and needed to use them!
