Classic French Inspired Wedding

The romance of the South of France is irresistible. The thin strip of land tucked between Italy and France is the height of luxury and relaxation, where people from all over the world have flock for the ultimate getaway. Filled with centuries of culture, design and architecture, it continues to inspired couples when planning their wedding. Megan and Mitchell brought all the elegance and charm of the region to their classically styled wedding, photographed by Ikonica Images of Toronto. Megan wore two couture gowns, one for the ceremony and one for the reception, and Mitchell donned a sharp and crips tuxedo. Meet the entire Creative Team and hear more from T.H. Pastel Blue Bridesmaids Robes

From the photographer:

Inspired by an atmosphere reminiscent of estates in the south of France, Megan and Mitch hosted their wedding at Toronto’s iconic Casa Loma. True to the theme, the venue catered a four-course meal of decadent French cuisine. The reception took place in Casa Loma’s library, where guests dined among the intricately detailed wooden bookshelves and glittering chandeliers. Wedding Planners Spectacular Spectacular collaborated with Nous Design Group to bring Megan’s dream wedding in to reality, adorning the tables with tall candelabras, and bouquets of dahlias, roses, and lisianthus, all in elegant metallic vessels. The couple’s love of all things culinary drove them to produce their own cookbook to serve as a wedding favour. Each guest took home a copy filled with Megan and Mitch’s own recipes.
