Metallics in wedding decor are still one of my favourite things – I find them irresistible, and that’s not just in wedding decor. The light that metallics reflect add a glamourous shimmer to almost everything, and because they’re often an accent feature, they give us just a touch of the right stuff, instead of overpowering us.
For this Calgary wedding shoot featured in the latest edition of Confetti Magazine, Alberta’s wedding planning magazine, Posey Lane Weddings embraced shiny metallics, a trend continuing into 2018 as well as vibrant, deep shades of navy and natural elements. Natural elements pair so beautifully with metallics, as the two play off each other and really make the other pop!
