Meagan and Garrett were married on a chilly October day in the midst of a global pandemic in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This beautiful intimate wedding featured iconic locations in Saskatoon, included a view of the Delta Bessborough Hotel, Boffin Gardens, and the Remai Modern Art Gallery. Prior to the ceremony, Meagan and Garrett chose to share a first look at Boffins. It was pretty chilly out, but that was all forgotten when they saw each other for the first time. The first look was so emotionally charged. This couple melted my heart. They truly were just present with each other during their first look.
Because it was chilly, I definitely photographed the wedding party in record speed! Everyone was super great about moving fast to get our shots in so they could go warm up! Shortly after, we headed to the Remai Modern in downtown Saskatoon for their ceremony and reception. If you’ve never been to the Remai, I highly suggest you check it out. Besides being a beautiful art gallery, their event space is stunning, and they were very helpful and accomodating. Beautiful florals by Florence Design on either side of the couple made a simplistic and modern alter.
The ceremony was again, so full of emotion and love. There were tears, and laughs, and I am so honoured to have been able to capture it! After the ceremony the Remai staff let us onto the rooftop for a few more portraits before the sun went down. We also took advantage of their really cool art installations in the staircase. The evening rolled into the reception, and there were many laughs, tears, and love all around!
