We can never get enough purple sparkling wedding inspiration. Today on the CB Blog, we’re so excited to feature Victoria and Kyle’s stunning Banff wedding at The Rimrock Resort Hotel! Suzana of Silva Designs went all out ensuring every detail of Victoria and Kyle’s purple sparkling wedding was executed perfectly.
We adore Victoria’s bridal style – her fit and flare gown has just the right touches of embellishment and drama. Her bridesmaids wore soft, flowing one-shoulder lavender gowns that paired perfectly with Kyle and his groomsmens’ three-piece suits. We’re so in love with the popcorn buffet, filled with different colours and flavours of kernels – a unique touch on the candy buffet trend. Meet the entire Creative Team after the jump!

It was such a pleasure to work with the couple on designing the d cor for their wedding. Victoria had a good idea of what she wanted and we incorporated some ideas to make it one of a kind. Their colour palate was a deep purple, lavender, and bling! They had been looking forward to getting married outside on the terrace but mother nature had different plans and it was a quite a rainy and foggy day in the mountains. We ultimately had to move the ceremony into the ballroom but the room was beautiful as was their exchanged wedding vows. Turned out the fog added a beautiful dreamy touch to their wedding photos. Some things you just can’t plan! Victoria wanted to incorporate personalized items such as the mad libs which were so much fun for the guests, plus little touches around the room. We created a unique backdrop to allow guests to still see out the windows behind the head table by using curtains of crystals in between soft white fabric. We also customized their centerpieces of submersed orchids and bling wrapped vases with personalized table numbers with the couple’s photos. A custom popcorn bar treated guests throughout the night while dancing the night away. What a fun crowd!
