I wanted to bring this vision to life in a way that would reflect the romance and elegance of an intimate mountain wedding. To achieve this, I worked with an incredible team of creatives to craft an experience that highlights both simplicity and sophistication.

A Simple Yet Elegant Design

When I think of intimate weddings, one word always comes to mind: simplicity. However, simplicity doesn’t mean sacrificing style or beauty—it means carefully curating meaningful details that reflect the couple’s story. For this shoot, I leaned into a soft-toned colour palette that complemented the natural beauty of the Nordegg surroundings.

The vintage décor, provided by The Little Farmhouse Rental Co., added timeless charm and warmth to the setting. Floral designs, courtesy of Flowers by Nicole, featured a lush, garden-style aesthetic that brought organic elegance to the scene. The delicate floral arrangements were carefully chosen to enhance the tranquil atmosphere without overpowering it.

Touches of elegance were woven into every detail. The beautifully designed stationery by Kenzie May Co. set the tone for the day with its soft, romantic aesthetic. Sweet treats from Queen Bee’s Sweets added an indulgent yet understated touch, while the stunning jewelry, crafted by Sonja Deklerk Fine Jewellery, added a hint of timeless sophistication.
