Tell me your COVID wedding was worth the wait without telling me your COVID wedding was worth the wait. The photos from this couple’s ocean-inspired wedding in the Okanagan does just that. This is truly one of those remarkable stories of resilience, where couples are continuously faced with challenges in planning their day, yet come out of it with the wedding of their dreams. Okanagan lake is arguably one of the best places to host an ocean-inspired wedding, and everything about this day is a sea-side fairytale. The bridal party absolutely turned it out for the occasion! The bridesmaid and groomsman colours were perfect for a waterfront ceremony. But, the real showstoppers are the bride and groom. You can feel their love radiating from these images.
From the Creative Team
When COVID cancelled Jenny & Frank’s plans for a Mexican sea-side elopement, we knew we had to bring the ocean to them. They celebrated their special day at the Cove Lakeside Resort, on the beach front at Okanagan Lake. The ceremony and reception featured driftwood, starfish, and seashells. The theme is pulled throughout their special day, from the ceremony aisle markers to the wax seals on the menu cards and the personalized seashell placecards to the chocolate decorations on the cake.
