Outdoor Wedding at Seven Sisters Falls

After a few reschedules over the past year, Jessica and Duncan had their outdoor wedding at Seven Sisters Falls, Manitoba. The couple celebrated their love with with their daughter Chia in their arms, and their Manitoba family. The entire afternoon was relaxed and filled with excitement, completely fitting for Jessica and Duncan. Postponing and rescheduling a wedding, during a global pandemic, can get frustrating quickly. However, these two did not skip a beat when surprising their loved ones, on their family trip, by announcing that they were getting married the next day!

It was the most perfect elopement, with a total of 12 guests attending. Jessica and Duncan’s family stood overlooking the Winnipeg, River with the iconic Seven Sisters Dam in the background. One of my favourite moments was when Jessica entered, her daughter Chia waved to everyone as they walked down the aisle together, including Dad when they met at the altar! They read their beautiful heartfelt vows, shared the sweetest stories, and chatted with their family via FaceTime back home. As we took some wedding portraits following the ceremony, I couldn’t help feeling like I was taking my good friend’s wedding photos. It was the sweetest day with the most lovely couple. Congratulations you two!
