From the Creative Team:
In a mix of vintage touches with bohemian flare, this golden hour inspired styled shoot aimed to emulate the soft, warm feeling of golden hour. By bringing in earthy blends of peach, blush, and terracotta, and mixing them with the soft textures of pine, chiffon, linen, and mixed metals, this shoot provides a sweet and romantic aesthetic for couples planning their dream wedding day.
This shoot was captured at a restored and modernized wooden chapel, and nestled within 100 acres of lush wooded landscape. The floral designs aimed to represent the community of Prince Edward County with its lush greenery, and pops of citrus that mirror fruit trees surrounding farms and wineries. Decor and design details were artfully combined to create a ‘sunset at the beach’ romantic glow. The chiffon fabrics, earthy taper candles, handcrafted ceramic plates and vases, gold flatware, vellum place cards, and handmade paper menus blended together to create warm fairytale vibes, inclusive to people planning their weddings in any season.
Couple, Samantha and Josh, showcased their real love story for this shoot, with Samantha wearing the dreamy and whimsy “Carita” by Marilee for exchanging their vows, and the sleek and lively “Dover” by Maggie Sottero for their wedding celebration. Josh was featured wearing the Café Allure Transitional Tux by Allure Men, to complete the vintage-inspired look. Alongside the bride and groom was Claire, a junior bridesmaid who helped tie together the picture of a modern family celebration. This family showcased the magic that can be created while celebrating love, even in later stages of a union.
