Marina and Justin’s celebration was a symphony of timeless city elegance and personal touches that left an indelible mark on all who attended. The couple incorporated a classic colour palette of black, white, olive green, and gold. It created an atmosphere of sheer sophistication.

Earth tones were Marina’s muse! It reflected her love for nature in her everyday life. Her wedding colours were a beautiful fusion of lush greens and pure white. Hints of gold harmonized with the opulent decor of their venue. Their outdoor ceremony took place in The Grand Imperial’s stunning courtyard. It was a testament to their shared love of nature and the great outdoors.

For Marina and Justin, it was essential to infuse personal touches into every aspect of their celebration. Lace from Marina’s mother’s wedding dress covered her bouquet, and a gold emerald ring from her grandmother beautifully symbolized the generations of important women in her life.

The couple aimed to provide their guests with a truly unforgettable experience. Unique details like a live guitarist during the ceremony, champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries added a touch of elegance and luxury. A custom bottle of red or white wine, complete with personalized labels, graced each table. The three-course plated dinner was a culinary journey of flavours. And let’s not forget the vintage-styled wedding cake and the midnight taco bar!

Cultural elements played a significant role in the evening. To honour Marina’s Lebanese heritage, a Baklava Bar took centre stage, replacing the typical candy bar. The most remarkable and unforgettable moment of the night was the traditional Lebanese sword dance. Marina’s dad and uncle took up this tradition. It was the same dance her grandfather had performed at her parents’ wedding 29 years prior, with her grandmother by his side. Marina’s mom stepped into the role previously held by her Teta, and Justin and Marina joined in at the end. It was a poignant and beautiful tribute to their heritage. It set the stage for an evening of non-stop dancing and unforgettable memories!
