Traditional and Minimalist Alberta Wedding

This wedding style was a mix of traditional and minimalistic. There were elements that both the bride and groom loved, like old cable reels as tables, lots of mirrors for signage, lanterns and candles, logs, and old whiskey barrels.
The couple wanted to embrace a “less is more” mindset, like a neutral colour palette and starting with a blank space (or in this case, an empty tent) to create a space everyone would feel comfortable in. The event was about their guests and showing how important their presence is in the marriage. The goal was to feel comfortable and be ourselves, in the way they dressed, the food served, and the music the guests danced to.
