We love unique spots for wedding ceremonies – art galleries are no exception! Angie and Declan choose ARCHEloft to host their urban wedding. Art was a major theme in their wedding, and we love how they were married in front of a large piece that now hangs in their home. Angie and Declan’s choose a colour palette full of purples, from deep mauves to soft lavenders and these hues moves through all the elements in their wedding, from their attire to their decor to the flowers! From the bride
We got married at Endeavour Arts Gallery and Event Space, in front of a beautiful piece of abstract art that now hangs in our home. We had a fabulous time with our photographers and a wedding party, taking pictures all over downtown Calgary in front of all kinds of interesting colored walls, graffiti, and urban landscapes. We wanted a downtown, urban feel for our wedding and we wanted to capture that feeling in our photographs and for our guests. We hosted our guests at Escoba Bistro, a restaurant where we had one of our first dates, for an outstanding meal and dance party. My favorite part of the wedding was the dance. It was the time to really celebrate our marriage and our fabulous day with all of our friends and family.
