Rachel and Taylor games and gardens outdoor wedding inspires us all to have a little more fun on the wedding day. Flowers by Nicole was honoured to create the bouquet and floral designs for the special day. They chose classic white locally grown wedding flowers that truly complemented the surroundings of the Pine and Pond Wedding Venue. Joy Breitkreutz Photography could not have captured each moment of Rachel and Taylor’s day any better. You can truly see the fun and joy in each photo captured.
From The Bride & Groom:
Taylor and I have a very typical small town love story. We met at Rockies as I was his server and he had come in with a couple of friends. Luckily, I thought he was dating one of his friends, so I was way less awkward talking to him, as I thought he was taken. He was too nervous to ask for my number, so after they had left the bar, he and his friends did some cyber stalking. They found me on Facebook and he got a little help writing his first message to me.
After several phone conversations (hours on the phone each night), he finally worked up the courage to ask me on a date. The rest is honestly history. We really love the outdoors and go to a special spot for fires all year round. Taylor had planned a normal fire date the day that he proposed and did it right at the fire in our favourite place. It was perfect because I really didn’t see it coming. It was quite the surprise. Fast forward four quick months and it was our very special day. We had worked so hard to plan something and got lucky with all of the COVID restrictions as most of our family and friends were able to celebrate with us. I look back on that day and seriously believe it was the happiest day of my life. Everything turned out so beautifully. I wish I could relive that day again and again.
